Do I have to pick a plan first?+
No. Your build shows which plan fits and what it costs before you decide.
Will you set up every tool?+
Your build covers the setup that matters most to you. Every other tool is there for you to use, or we can set more up for you.
What if I don't go ahead?+
You keep your written review and plan. Nothing launches and you owe nothing.
What happens if I cancel?+
Your domain name is always yours. You can export your customer and sales records yourself at any time, or we can do it for you for a fee. Your website and system are removed 14 days after you cancel. If you'd like to keep your website design, ask us about buying it. Passes and coupons your customers already hold can still be honored on the Attention Network's free plan. Moving to a new loyalty program is up to you. If we provided your phone number, you can transfer it to a new provider for a one-time $25 fee; start the transfer within the 14 days. If you kept your main number with your carrier and forwarded it to us, there's nothing to move.
Do I have to change my phone number?+
No. Most businesses keep their main number with their current carrier and forward calls to the system, so their number never changes.
